at an international wetlands conference hosted by the University of Nanjing

on integrating urban development & wetlands conservation.

Davis Advisory has recently been assisting Aurizon with the West Pilbara Infrastructure

Project which involves the construction of world-class rail and port infrastructure

for a new iron ore province in the Pilbara


Davis Advisory assisted Viva Energy with the environmental approvals for its

new crude oil tank at the Geelong Refinery which will significantly increase

its storage capacity by 43 per cent and increase production capabilities to

help build a sustainable, long-term future for the refinery.


Davis Advisory is assisting Walker Corporation with the $800M Riverbank

Precinct Re-development in Adelaide which will include an office

tower, car park and restaurants.


Davis Advisory is assisting Murray Goulburn with obtaining all relevant environment and

planning approvals, as well as and the community consultation, for its new $300M

investment in infant formula plants in Victoria to supply China and Indonesia.


Davis Advisory is assisting Glenvill with the Alphington Paper Mill redevelopment

which is set to be Melbourne’s newest suburb situated on the 16.5 hectare

former Amcor paper mill site, in Alphington.

Stephen Davis established Davis Advisory in 2012 after leaving a position as a Senior Partner with the international law firm King & Wood Mallesons. He was with Mallesons for over 25 years, in their corporate law & advisory practice.


In 2012, Stephen set up Davis Advisory to offer more tailored solutions to top-tier corporate clients across the region. Davis Advisory comprises of a growing team of Partners, Special Counsel and Solicitors who share top-tier expertise in their chosen disciplines.
